It was promised by the agency at the time of booking and unfortunately they left me to face a lot of difficulties and no response to my messages and calls scared me of being in another country knowing no one. It was very pathetic customer service and I could not enjoy the vacation starting from the blender mistakes in the itinerary and they did not even apologize.
